Dedicated to providing day-to-day updates that form part of normal business operations for eCommerce platform, Expect Care focuses on maintenance and ongoing improvements.

The ePayment team delivers and ensures the customer experience on the online payment for ONE. We empower customers to make online payments anytime, anywhere.

eFinance
With eFinance, we are supporting ONE customers to find out and easily manage their outstanding and overdue invoices/BLs as well.

The team develop and maintain a tender management system designed to assist ONE employees achieve their goals: Win more tender nomination
