We specialize in upgrading system capabilities to provide a more dynamic, convenient online quotation service and allow for a seamless customer experience when using ONE’s eCommerce website.

ePayment

The ePayment team delivers and ensures the customer experience on the online payment for ONE. We empower customers to make online payments anytime, anywhere.

ONE Finance

With ONE Finance, we are supporting ONE customers to find out and easily manage their outstanding and overdue invoices/BLs as well.

Special Forces (API/Data)

The Special Force is our engine for connectivity and intelligence. Partnering with OTS Korea, our EDI/API unit manages the vital digital links between our organization and the global market. Simultaneously, our AI & Data unit—working with OTS Singapore/ONE—bridges the gap between raw information and strategy, organizing the past to stabilize operations while building the AI engines to automate our future.

Design System

The Design System team defines, governs, and evolves a unified design language — including foundations, components, and patterns — aligned with ONE branding guidelines to ensure consistent, scalable, and cohesive product experiences across the organization.

Unicorn

Unicorn is a cross-functional team responsible for the redesign and development of the corporate website. Our scope includes modernizing the legacy CMS, aligning the experience with the latest corporate standards, and conducting a comprehensive audit and standardization of content across both global and multi-country local markets.

Talon

The team provides an AI-driven recruitment platform that supports recruiters across the entire hiring journey from candidate sourcing to post-recruitment analysis, making the process faster, more automated.

Polaris

Polaris provides an AI-powered workflow platform that helps drive smarter decisions, boost KPI performance and improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation and streamlined business processes.

ONE Count

The mission of ONE Count is to develop Local Development Functions (LDFs) tailored to the accounting needs of ONE branches. Currently, due to diverse regional regulations and tax policies, branches rely on fragmented local solutions that lack global synchronization. As part of the OPUS-to-Chorus transition, where the AR module centers on SAP BRIM, ONE Count aims to build these LDFs directly within the Chorus platform. The goal is to phase out obsolete legacy systems and unify all branch accounting teams into a single, cohesive Chorus ecosystem.

Chorus - Customer Account Management

Chorus CAM is the governed single source of truth for customer data, integrating fragmented systems and strengthening customer master data governance to ensure high-quality, consistent, and trusted data that supports accurate operations, compliance, and data-driven business decisions.

Chorus - Equipment Asset Management

Equipment Asset Management (EQA) provides the tools and capabilities ONE needs to efficiently hire, track, manage, and maintain assets throughout their entire lifecycle — from procurement to decommissioning.

Chorus - Vendor Relation Management

As the VRM team, we take immense pride in transforming fragmented processes into a seamless, accountable Vendor Master Data management that empowers the entire Chorus app, setting a new gold standard for efficient and strategic vendor relationships within ONE's business.

The MNR team promotes better collaboration and provides visibility of end-to-end MNR activities that manage the process of repairing and maintaining. containers before the shipment starts and throughout the shipment journey.
